Your journey begins by securing your chosen Joey Luxe modular tiny home (e.g., The Jetstone or The Juniper) with a non-refundable 5% initial deposit.  The deposit ensures your project is reserved in our production schedule, marking the formal start of your stress-free build process. This commitment allows us to align your vision with practical site realities right from the outset.

At this stage, you confirm all interior and exterior finishes, and the full production timeline is secured. The 65% balance deposit is payable upon contract signing. This payment locks in your pricing and enables us to launch the manufacturing queue, order all materials and ensuring a flawless build process ahead.

With the contract fully executed, your home enters our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.  We manage every phase of the construction, from framing and roofing to the installation of high-end joinery and plumbing. You will receive regular progress updates as your new luxury modular home takes shape.

As your modular tiny home reaches its final production milestone—typically when it is 95% complete and ready for transport preparation—the final balance of payment is due. This is a crucial financial checkpoint confirming the completion of the factory construction and ensuring seamless logistics for the final delivery phase. Upon receipt of the balance payment, we finalize all necessary paperwork, schedule the transportation logistics, and prepare the home for its journey from our factory to your site.

The completed home is then safely and efficiently transported to your nominated site. Prior to delivery, the owner is responsible for ensuring all necessary preparatory work is complete. This critically includes the foundation pad, and the preparation of essential services such as the sewerage/plumbing connection points and the power supply (electrical meter box) hookups, ready for the final connection. Clear communication ensures this delivery phase aligns perfectly with your site readiness.
